Sub-processors
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Arceus uses the 13 third-party providers below to host, operate, and support Counsel OS. Each one may process Client Content or Onboarding Information only to provide its service to us.
A sub-processor is a third party that processes client information on our behalf. Gero Labs, Inc. d/b/a Arceus (“Arceus MSO”) builds and runs Counsel OS as a service provider to Arceus P.C. (the “Firm”). This page is referenced in Section 3.9 of the Arceus Privacy Policy and should be read with it.

2. AI model providers
We do not use Client Content, Onboarding Information, or attorney-client communications to train AI models, and our AI providers may not either. Anthropic, accessed directly and through OpenRouter, is engaged under terms that prohibit training on your data and limit retention to what is needed to provide the service. A licensed Arceus P.C. attorney reviews every deliverable before it reaches you. See Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
3. Integrations you connect
Tools you connect yourself to are not our sub-processors. This covers Salesforce and your own Slack or Google Workspace account. They are governed by your organization’s agreements with those providers. You choose the permissions you grant, and you can revoke them at any time (Privacy Policy Section 3.6).
4. Vetting and change notices
We update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing Client Content.
- Vetting: we review each provider’s security and privacy practices before engaging it.
- Contracts: each provider is bound by written confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations.
- Notice of changes: to get an email when this list changes, write to privacy@arceus.legal with the subject “Sub-processor updates.”
- Objections: if you have concerns about a new sub-processor, contact your legal team or privacy@arceus.legal.
